As well as finding you a safe place to live, we help you take part in meaningful activities to develop hobbies and interests and create opportunities for you to make friends and build relationships. And we encourage aspirational thinking to explore your potential and think about how you want to live your life, without limitations. Almost everything is possible with the right support.

Learning Disabilities

We provide thoughtful and progressive residential care and supported living for adults with mild, moderate and acute learning disabilities, Down’s syndrome, early onset dementia and sensory impairments. We provide provision for high support needs and challenging behaviour as well as milder conditions.

Mental Health

We have vast experience of supporting mental health conditions and service users with complex needs. Our staff are compassionate and empathetic and able to respond and engage with service users in a calm and non-judgemental manner. We can arrange talking therapies and encourage activities that support wellbeing a good mental health and work closely with GP’s and other professionals.

Drugs & Alcohol 

We understand that substance misuse often goes hand in hand with mental health disorders and learning disabilities. That’s why we offer dedicated support and rehabilitation services to support service users to tackle these issues.

 

Employment

We understand that finding your vocation and gainful employment is an important part of living a full and satisfying life. It boosts your confidence, affirms your place in society and gives you a renewed sense of purpose that improves mental health and wellbeing. But it’s not always easy – if you have additional needs. We help you overcome some of these barriers, by helping you access learning, attend work placements and learn new skills.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the regulators of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Regulations 2010. Their duty is to ensure that all service providers like ourselves comply with the Health and Social Care Act and meet the National Minimum standards for quality and safety for Service Users. The CQC is the combination of existing regulatory bodies: Commission for Social Care Inspection, Mental Health Act Commission and the Healthcare Commission. CQC acts as our quality framework throughout the company to ensure all services and related paperwork are to a high standard.
